Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether through different email addresses, payment methods, devices or household members — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts identified by the Platform will be suspended, any associated Bonuses will be voided, and Balances may be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. CCT99 will never request sensitive documents through live chat without directing you to the secure upload portal.
You must never alter, obscure, crop or otherwise falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of falsified documents may constitute fraud under applicable law and will result in permanent Account closure.
The Platform is provided solely for the purpose of lawful personal entertainment wagering and gaming activity as described on the Platform. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You may only deposit funds that are legally yours. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. CCT99 reserves the right to request evidence of funds source as part of routine AML compliance procedures.
The Platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where appropriate. Actual settlement currency may depend on the payment method and account configuration. Any applicable currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the User.
Withdrawals are available only to fully verified Accounts. Unverified Accounts or Accounts with incomplete KYC documentation will not be eligible to process withdrawals. CCT99 strongly recommends completing KYC verification before making your first deposit to avoid delays.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, the operator's internal review cycle and the status of your Account verification. CCT99 does not guarantee specific processing times and no withdrawal timeline should be interpreted as a guaranteed delivery window. Factors outside the Platform's control — including bank processing schedules, wallet provider clearance times and compliance review requirements — may affect the actual time taken.
Any Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus play are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. CCT99 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal to a different method. This measure is in place to protect Users from unauthorised withdrawals.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets and free spins offered by CCT99 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for the purpose of that offer.
Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be satisfied in full before the Bonus balance or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games and contribution rates for each Bonus are stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of the offer.
CCT99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any Bonus where it determines that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting Bonus terms in bad faith, placing offsetting wagers to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer.
Bonuses and associated winnings expire after the period specified in the applicable bonus terms. Expired Bonus funds will be removed from the Account Balance automatically. CCT99 does not issue extensions for expired bonuses except at its sole discretion.
All bets and wagers are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport or game. CCT99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. A bet is only accepted when confirmed by the Platform and displayed in your Account's bet history.
Sports betting markets — including cricket markets covering PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 leagues and other competitions — are governed by the Platform's Sports Betting Rules, which are available in the sportsbook section. Results are determined according to official governing body records. CCT99 reserves the right to void markets where the integrity of an event is in question.
Live in-play wagers are accepted in real time and are subject to the Platform's prevailing odds at the moment of acceptance. CCT99 is not liable for technical latency or connection delays that may affect live betting. Wagers placed after an event's outcome is known will be voided.
In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, pricing errors or casino game malfunctions — CCT99 reserves the right to void affected wagers or casino rounds and refund the relevant stakes. Any winnings arising from a manifest error are not payable. The expression "pays out in case of malfunction" appearing on a gaming device does not constitute a guarantee of payout where a technical fault has been verified.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, resell, or commercially exploit any Platform content or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CCT99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

CCT99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting CCT99 support. Any verified withdrawable Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable checks.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted under these Terms will cease immediately. Any Bonus funds in your Account will be forfeited. These Terms shall continue to govern any outstanding obligations between you and CCT99 that arose prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated and licenced to operate.
